  • Not right now. Simply pay for your package upfront and you will receive an invoice after every session to submit to your insurance company.


  • It’s quite simple. You will receive your own training program based on the initial assessment, goals, and injury history. You will be working out with other people in a small group setting but your program will be unique to you. A strength and conditioning coach will be there to take you through each workout.

  • Everything will be done at Calgary Strength & Physio (5 Richard Way SW Calgary, AB T3E 7M8)
