While sport-specific practices are essential for skill development and tactics, these physical qualities are best developed and maintained through structured strength and conditioning training.
Calgary Strength & Physio offers In-Season Team Training for teams and clubs looking to support performance while managing fatigue and injury risk during the competitive season.

How it
works
In-season sessions are designed to complement team practices and games, and will include:
Structured warm-ups with an emphasis on hip mobility, movement quality, and injury prevention
Foundational strength development to maintain force production and joint stability
Speed and power training to preserve explosiveness throughout the season
Energy system development tailored to the demands of the sport and competition schedule
Training sessions are 60 minutes in length and take place in a fully equipped, high-performance training environment at Calgary Strength & Physio, under the supervision of experienced strength coaches and physiotherapists.
